Hughes Supply was founded in 1973 by Robert Ted Hughes. Ted started with a simple philosophy. Provide customers with quality products, prompt service, and competitive prices.

Today Hughes Supply manufactures injection molded plastic parts on state of the art equipment in our 130,000 square foot factory in Thomasville, NC. We operate around the clock production geared for both minimum and maximum runs. Our 30 molding presses ranging from 50 to 750 tons are capable of producing precision tolerances out of virtually any thermoplastic material in any color.

We maintain a multi-million parts inventory in our 50,000 square foot warehouse. Our standard lines number in the thousands with all products available for immediate or JIT shipment. In addition, we have a complete in house tooling facility that makes and maintains all molds to precision tolerances. New and custom products are designed and engineered on our CAD/CAM system with consultations and estimates provided free and prototype tools for product testing offered at minimum cost.

With our electronic counting and automated polybagging machinery, we can provide exact quantities of parts prebagged to your specifications. Exact tolerances, colors, and fittings are maintained on all products through Statistical Process Control (SPC) in place on all three shifts.
