Welcome to our Window and Door Division. Our Division handles the component hardware for vinyl, vinyl clad, wood, and aluminum windows and doors.
We currently
have in excess of 200+ molds in our tool department stock, exclusively
for window and door components. Such as tilt latches (many styles), pivot
bars, patio door handles, storm door handles, sweep hole covers, corner
braces, corner keys, sash guides, lift handles, locks, and many more items.
As a manufacturer, we have complete in house control of the parts we supply our partners. This way our partners are assured of a premium component part with each shipment. We can assure this quality to our partners because our tool department has the latest up to date, state of the art equipment available on the market today. With our 20+ certified technicians and qualified apprentices to serve our partners every component need.
Our design department is equipped with the latest computer technology to aid our design component parts for our partners. Either way, we will meet your every need.
We operate
30 injection molding machines, 50 ton up to 750 ton. Our production continues
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our facility is in excess of 130,000 square
feet, which includes our automated bagging department and quality control
department with staff.
