STEP 1 - DESIGN
You will work with a team of design experts to create the product you envision. If you already have specifications and drawings for your print, we can evaluate, provide an estimate, and execute the tooling to produce a product. We can even help you get the right patents to protect yourself. Our services also include but not limited to; Injection Molding, In-house Tool & Die, Product Design, Automated Packaging, Hot Stamping, Heat Sealing, Pad Printing, 3D Printing, SLA Prototype Samples with in three days, Sonic Welding, and Component Assembly.
sTEP 2 - MATERIAL
Meet with one of our material specialist to determine which resin is suitable for your product and color. Also, discuss color options as our pantone color guide is suitable for most injection grade material.
STEP 3 - timeline
Develop a timeline and forecast expectations for completed product and tooling. Our state of the art tooling facility will insure your molds are able to hold exact tolerance and produce high quality parts as expected for the life of the product.
Discuss annual volume and inventory.
STEP 4 - VOLUME
Upon final approval, your mold is placed into production and your parts are ready for shipment.
